For DEPARTURES at T3: our porter meets you at the curbside drop-off zone (Gate 1-4 area) outside the main terminal entrance. Just before security check-in. GST) is the plan to book: you are met with a name placard at the designated meeting point, taken through the fast-track immigration lane, given a golf-car ride to baggage claim subject to availability on the day (T3 is a long walk), a porter for all bags, and an escort to your taxi or pre-booked transfer. The wheelchair itself is provided by the airline — request it on the air ticket — and our rep stays alongside it. Elite (₹8,614 incl. GST) carries the same golf-car entitlement and adds a free one-time reschedule; its 2-hour lounge access applies on departure, not on arrival.
